A winter warmer for fireside tipples….
Instructions:- Add a generous handful to a pan with a bottle of Merlot, Grenache or your choice of fruity red wine -( alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
Warm over low heat until the mix is steaming but not boiling.
Ingredients – a sweet and tangy blend of our local and farm grown fruits, juniper berries and bay leaves that we have mixed with fragrant spices – star anise, cinnamon bark, cardamom pods and whole cloves.
One of life’s simple pleasures. To be savoured on cold winter nights, by the bonfire with friends and family. Enjoy !
No added sulphites.
